As a worldwide leader in prototype stampings, Aphase II has built a solid reputation by solving the complex prototype stamping problems. Our designers and engineers work with advanced solid modeling CAD packages to analyze part geometry and functionality for small, medium and large size parts. With this math data, we can quickly and accurately program our CNC manufacturing systems to produce the required tool designs and cutter path generation. At the same time, we generate all the necessary checking fixtures, gages and tooling. We have complete in-house three and six-axis laser cutting capability and a stamping facility that can maintain short-run production capability of up to 50,000 parts to assist customers when delays in product launches require temporary part/assembly production.
